Booking Policy
Patch Testing
Patch test is required for all chemical services, and this must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to schedule this test. If a patch test is not completed then your appointment will be rescheduled.
Payments
A deposit will be required at the time of booking for most services.
Be Pre-paired
For all braiding services, please make sure your hair is washed + blowdried and free from any product build up. If hair still contains products or oils an additional fee maybe applied.
Late Arrivals/No shows
Please inform us in advance if you anticipate being late for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your booking or provide a shortened Service, but in some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Booking
When booking please make sure to select any additional services you need such as colour with blow dry or cutting services.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Whilst we understand that unexpected situations arise, please notify us as soon as possible. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No-shows will incur a 100% charge. Failure to pay these fees will result in the cancellation of future appointments, and you will be blocked from making any further bookings until Payment is settled.
